When it comes to festive seasons, we all know that the number of deaths from car accidents and other incidences increases a lot more than we expect. That is what the Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Tourism board are joining forces to promote safe driving on the road during the Thanksgiving festive season.
According to AAA, 39.7 million drivers are on the road during the Thanksgiving holiday. This means, that more cars are on the road and there is more potential for accidents. The Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Tourism board both recommend that drivers take more notice on the road during this period. This includes no drink driving, and only driving when you are physically able to.
